OK I admit it....I have been on a paranormal IR erotic romance kick since I found out that it existed as a form of literature. Just over a year ago I discovered that there were people who could actually write real prose with character driven plots on Literotica.com. Ummm yeah... I guess I tangentially admitted to something else just now...anyway I discovered that one of the site's most interesting areas was among the writers of interracial and paranormal erotica. I found that many writers on "Lit" went on to publish through a plethora of e-book publishers whose central focus was on erotica.
So after spending the past year and some months reading these novellas and full length novels I find that I have gone a bridge too far...I have started to see hot shifter males everywhere...gulp. Who knew? Most Sundays I ride up the road to another town here in central PA to sit in at a Jazz workshop Brunch. It goes on for several hours and since I don't sit in on every tune I have lots of time to just hang out at the band's table....read the Arts section in the Sunday New York Times, work on administrative stuff for my film company, hang out with other musicians...do one of my favorite things...watch people.
Two Sundays ago two very tall really good looking guys walked in and perused the room...this sort of thing does not happen everyday(yeah we see attractive folks but not like this) and let me tell you most of the women in the area in which I was seated, took serious notice of these guys. One had shoulder length almost black hair, the other had a head of brown curls...and dimples.
Now the first thought that went through my my mind was, "Yes Lawd!" The second thought was..."Hmmmm shifters...I wonder if the guy with the long hair and green eyes is the alpha!"
Yes friends you know you have been reading too much IR paranormal erotic material if you start entertaining these types of thoughts in everyday life... More Austen anyone?
